Keep your furnace running through all seasons.

Never worry about the state of your furnace. Have your equipment cleaned and serviced annually with Sperr’s. Our trained technicians will provide maintenance on heaters, boilers, hot water heaters, and air conditioning equipment to keep them performing for years to come.

Maintenance Details:
  • Heater cleanings are scheduled May-October.
  • Air conditioning maintenance is scheduled when the temperature is above 75-80 degrees (typically June, July, or August).
  • A typical heater cleaning takes about 90 minutes and costs $217-$230.
  • Unlike other companies, Sperr’s never uses refurbished parts.

In order to provide the most reliable service for our current customers, Sperr’s does not perform HVAC services for those who are not current heating oil customers.

FAQs

Why does Sperr’s schedule their HVAC service in the summer/early fall?

We plan tune-ups from June through early September to make sure we give you the most accurate service and the most reliable results.

A/C refrigerant readings require warmer temperatures, and once heating season begins, our entire team is dedicated to fuel delivery.

Using the same trusted crew year-round keeps our service consistent, our customers cared for, and our business efficient. It’s an approach that sets us apart—one team, trained and committed, serving you in every season.

What types of HVAC equipment does Sperr’s Fuel and Heating service?

Our technicians handle the systems our customers rely on most: oil-fired furnaces, boilers, hot water heaters, and central air conditioning units.

These systems often last for decades when properly maintained, and we believe in keeping them running safely, efficiently, and affordably.

Can non-oil customers use your HVAC services?

At this time, no. We focus exclusively on serving our fuel customers so we can guarantee the response times, availability, and personalized care they depend on. It ensures that when your home needs help, we’re ready.

Do you use refurbished or used parts during repairs?

Never. We only install new, manufacturer-approved parts to make sure your system performs the way it should. Reliable parts lead to reliable heat and cooling—that’s the standard we stand behind.
