The global outbreak of COVID-19 has forced us to make some difficult decisions recently but we want to assure you that your safety and the safety of our team is our top priority.
Sperr’s is dedicated to providing the community with heat and fuel. We have been taking the advice of The World Health Organization and are diligently keeping up with news and updates.
We want to give you an update on how things will be operating at Sperr’s while the world fights back against this virus.
Committed to Keeping You Warm
For everyone’s best interests, Sperr’s will continue to operate but will be performing emergency services only. All administrative staff will be working from home and employees who perform on-site services will have little to no contact with customers in an attempt to stop the spread of the virus anyway we can.
We will still be providing:
- Fuel deliveries
- Emergency services including:
- No Heat Calls
- Leak Repairs
We have postponed:
- Routine cleanings
- Inspections
- Non-essential maintenance

We ask that during this difficult time, you understand why we require our employees to have limited contact with you on the job.
Sperr’s has always aimed to give you the best possible customer service but circumstances being what they are require us to be extra cautious. We are following all guidelines and advice to ensure our staff and customers remain safe.
Our staff is currently:
- Using proper hand washing techniques
- Working to maintain a clean work environment
- Wear protective gear and gloves as we always have
