As someone who relies on fuel to stay warm, you know the feeling of running out of fuel on a cold day and realizing there’s no one available to deliver more fuel.

Being forced to wait on an unreliable fuel provider to keep your family warm is the last thing you want to be worrying about as the temperature drops.

Reliable fuel delivery will eradicate the added worry of running out of fuel from your busy schedule.

Sperr’s is now accepting new automatic fuel delivery customers in the Glenn Mills area. We deliver fuel to homes in Delaware County, Southern Chester County, and North Wilmington.

If you’re considering becoming a customer, read on to find out what you need to know about our residential fuel delivery services.

1. Automatic delivery will bring you high-quality heating oil when you need it.

Most customers need a new heating oil delivery every four weeks. With automatic delivery, you won’t have to worry about monitoring your oil gauge and scheduling oil deliveries yourself.

We will monitor your oil usage, taking into account your home size, your oil history, and the outside temperature. We’ll then establish a delivery schedule to ensure you’ll be automatically scheduled to receive oil before reaching the delivery “danger zone” (below 20% on your oil tank gauge).

You’re never left without oil, so you are always comfortable.

2. Easily manage costs in a changing oil market with Sperr’s.

The price of oil per gallon is dependent on market fluctuations. Our prices reflect the market but also our desire to provide you with great service and our team with a great living.

With extreme fluctuations in oil prices recently, we are carefully watching our supplier’s price so we can buy at the lowest price and pass the savings to you.

Fueling your home is a necessity–and we are doing our best to make it as affordable as possible.

Budget plan available to spread costs

You can also opt to enroll in our budget plan from July through September. We’ll analyze your oil usage over the previous year and estimate your usage for the coming year. You can then choose a 10, 11, or 12-month budget plan that will spread your payments out, avoiding inflated bills during the colder months.

Your budget is adjusted at the end of the season, and you are credited any surplus or informed of any shortage ahead of time.

3. Your first delivery— a couple of things to keep in mind.

Your first delivery will require a free, five-minute tank inspection. We typically schedule these for the first stop (8:30-45 am) to keep our field crew on schedule.

We’ll also need a credit card on file for deliveries.

4. We always go the extra mile for our customers.

Our family-owned business will make sure you’re treated like family.

We wouldn’t want our family left in the cold, so we don’t want that for yours either.

Don’t take it from us. Take it from Tom McGuire:

We offer quality customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and issues to ensure your home stays warm and safe for your family.

We’ll go the extra mile to ensure efficient, friendly fuel service, making sure that your family’s unique needs are met.
