For over 40 years, Sperr’s Fuel and Heating Co. has proudly served the Delaware County area, delivering exceptional heating oil services and reliable maintenance for heaters, boilers, water heaters, and air conditioning units.
As a small, family-owned business, we’re passionate about keeping our community comfortable and safe, and we’re looking for a dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team!
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable HVAC Technician with experience in servicing and maintaining oil heaters, boilers, and water heaters. If you take pride in your work, are passionate about the oil industry, have a positive attitude, and enjoy delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and maintain heating oil systems: boilers, water heaters, and HVAC
systems. - Service and Repair AC Systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Work efficiently and safely, following industry standards and best practices.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with customers to explain repairs,
maintenance, and service options. - Contribute to a collaborative, positive team environment.
What We Need From You:
- HVAC experience with oil heaters, boilers, and water heaters is a must.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Passionate about the oil industry.
- Reliable transportation (living in southern Delaware County, PA, is preferred due to the emergency nature of the business).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Physical ability to climb in and out of trucks and lift up to 70 lbs.

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $24-31.50 Hr
