- Air filter check
- Blower fan inspection
- Electrical component maintenance
- Clean and service condenser
- Identify leaks
- Apply sealant when necessary
- Add refrigerant and replace caps when necessary

The cleaning service starts at $175 and typically takes 90 minutes. Parts, such as a capacitor, leak sealant, and refrigerant, are additional.
